The farmhouse is a typical stone building already named in the maps of the Valdichiana valley of the 16th century. For at least three centuries, up to 1985, it belonged to a big estate owned by a noble family from Florence. The house is placed upon a hillside, in the middle of a property with woods, olive orchards, fields and a little lake on the south side of Lucignano. The village is a splendid example of medieval architecture, well known by historians for its medieval plan with roads going in circles around the hill. From the house you have a nice view of the local countryside, allowing the guest to relax enjoying an area representing a beautiful example of traditional Tuscan landscape. The house is furnished in a country style, with several pieces from the XVIII-XIX century.
